TowVerdict doesn't require an account, doesn't ask who you are, and doesn't want your VIN. You use the tool; we do the math; nobody writes anything down about you personally. This page explains the small amount of data that does move when you visit.

Basic usage data — the kind most websites collect: which pages were viewed, which devices and browsers visitors use, and how long visits last. This is aggregate, anonymous information. We use it to figure out what's useful and what's broken, nothing more.

We never collect sensitive personal information: no names, no addresses, no payment details, no vehicle registrations. You never need to sign up or log in to use the tool.

If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you send us and use it only to answer you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. There's essentially no personal data to sell — but even if there were more, the answer would still be no.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for analytics — counting visits and understanding which features get used. These cookies don't identify you personally and aren't used to follow you around the internet.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site keeps working without them.

Some pages may contain affiliate links to products we mention — for example, towing gear or equipment. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links never change a verdict; the verdict is settled before any shopping happens.

We may work with third-party advertising or affiliate partners in the future. If we do, this policy will be updated to describe what data they receive and how it's used.

TowVerdict is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here.
